Don't Bug Me

You know how when there is a bug flying around you, you attempt to kill it by slapping it in between your hands? Quite often this is successful. But sometimes even though you know that you missed it, that bug never shows itself again.  I wonder if that near miss of slapping your hands together generated a sonic boom for such tiny ears, that the bug actually dies anyway of brain damage. Yep, that's the kind of stuff I think about.
